Renee & Kristi are available to answer any question as they arise. Everything from; preparing for your upcoming appointments, specialized resources, birth options, self-care, products and more. No topic is off-limits.

Private in-home childbirth education
Not all childbirth education is created equal. That is why we have curated the perfect blend of material to get to the very heart of what you need to know, mind, body & soul to welcome your little one with confidence and joy. And we’re bringing it right to your door-step with:
- 2 private in-home childbirth education sessionsto address all the hands-on, physical & emotional preparation you need. Topics may include but are not limited to:
- Mindset for birth
- Stretching and movement for pregnancy and birth
- Physiological stages of labor
- Neurological stages of labor and how partners can best support Mom
- Breathing for your nervous system
- Individual & Partner comfort measures
- Breathing for Birth to maintain the integrity of your pelvic floor

- Birthing Options & Rights (hospital, birth center or home)
- After Birth Family Golden hour
- Immediate postpartum considerations
- The first 40 Days

Bi-montly phone check ins
We have built in designated live chats twice a month to connect 1:1. These sessions are a perfect bite-size opportunity to collaborate in-between childbirth education sessions, texts and/or email communication. In these sessions, clients love to catch up on time sensitive questions, strategize before or after appointments or simply a good ol’ emotional release in a safe, non-judgemental space. Again, no topic is off-limits, it’s your time to get exactly what you need!

37 week virtual prenatal
Here is where we fine tune the culmination of your HEART work and put the finishing touches on your knowledge so you can sit back and confidently welcome the next stage, labor. We’ll refine any last minute topics that have come up to ensure you are moving ahead in the direction that feels best to you and your family. Some clients want to discuss:
- Late Pregnancy Comfort Measures
- Birth Vision
- Birth Bag Preparation
- Inductions
- Immediate postpartum considerations
- Anything of importance to you

38 – 42 weeks, All Hands On Deck 24/7 until your baby makes their grand debut.
- Early Labor Support – Phone & text support is usually most customary during this phase to gently remind you of your comfort measure options and progress.
- Active Labor – Unlimited Hands-on physical and emotional support in the comfort of your own home or until you are ready to transition to your birthing space until your baby is safe in your arms.
- Postpartum – 2 – 4 hours of immediate postpartum hands-on care (that includes, feeding) to ensure you are making a smooth transition until your family is settled and ready for some privacy.
- Your birth doula will check in via text during the first 48 hours of life to ensure feeding and bonding are going as planned. Once you are either discharged or ready, we’ll reunite in the comfort of your own home for a proper 2- 3 hour postpartum visit.

1 In-home postpartum visit. In this visit we will tend to areas of:
- Moms healing & self care
- Partner questions and needs
- Feeding, breast, bottle, pumping etc…
- Newborn care, sleep, communication, milestones
- Light meal prep & tidying up your healing space
- Postpartum Therapeutic Light Treatment for Emotional Support & Regulation
- Expert resources and community connections.

While this officially completes birth services, as mothers we KNOW this is technically the very beginning of…forever. After the newness and excitement of the baby’s arrival seems to soften, this is where mothers feel isolated and sometimes forgotten. Together, Renée & Kristi prioritize Mom’s mental and emotional transition by consistently keeping her at the center of it all. This means, you will continue to receive:
- Gentle weekly virtual check-ins for the first 40 days to ensure Mom & family are clearly navigating these delicate stages of motherhood/parenthood feeling seen & heard.
- Finally, our attention remains with you for the whole first year of your new role as Mom and Dad and the whole first year of your baby’s life. In this first year, you, your baby and family will do the most growing and changing unlike any other time in your lives. This means any time you have a question, thought or need, and would like to “phone a friend” Renée & Kristi are here to ensure you are not just surviving but thriving!
Investment: $4300.00
All services can be offered virtually. Travel fee subject to package.
